qEV Platform

qEV platform provides standardized size-exclusion chromatography for precise, gentle isolation of lipid nanoparticles, extracellular vesicles, and viral vectors. Offering high purity, reproducibility, and GMP-ready scalability, qEV supports formulation optimization, process development, and translational research.

qEV Single, qEVoriginal, qEV1, qEV10, qEV100 –
scalable formats for sample volumes from 150 µL to 100 mL, enabling both small-scale R&D and larger preclinical workflows.

Resin Options:

  • 70 nm Series – maximum purity, effective removal of free protein and lipoprotein contaminants.
  • 35 nm Series – balanced purity and yield, suitable for general EV and LNP research.
  • 20 nm Series – higher recovery of small nanoparticles, ideal for small LNPs or exosome fractions.

qEV Automation

A) Automated Fraction Colector (AFC):

AFC streamlines qEV workflows by automating precise fraction collection with RFID recognition and weight-based drop detection. It ensures consistent, reproducible purification of LNPs and EVs while minimizing hands-on time.

B) High-throughput Diagnostic Workflow (DXter):

DXter automates qEV purification with precision robotics, processing up to 12 qEVoriginal or 24 qEVsingle columns in parallel. It delivers reproducible, high-throughput isolation of LNPs and EVs for formulation screening and scale-up.

C) Scale-up for Therapeutics/Cosmetics Workflow (qEV Zenco):

qEV Zenco automates qEV with real-time monitoring of UV, pH, and conductivity, delivering reproducible purification of LNPs, EVs, and VLPs. Compatible with qEV2–qEV100 and custom columns, Zenco scales from R&D to GMP workflows.

Particle Characterisation (Exoid)

Using Tunable Resistive Pulse Sensing (TRPS), the Exoid analyzes nanoparticles one-by-one as they pass through a tunable nanopore — delivering precise measurements of size, concentration, and zeta potential on a single-particle basis. Unlike ensemble techniques such as NTA or DLS, where larger particles can skew results, Exoid provides high-resolution, calibrated data that reveals true size distributions and hidden subpopulations. Its unique ability to measure particle size and zeta potential simultaneously makes Exoid a powerful tool for understanding LNPs, EVs, and other complex nanoparticle systems.
